Who processes the data

What data are processed
The site does not save what you enter on the page. The chosen service, the preferred day and your name are used only to compose the WhatsApp message and reach us only if you choose to send it.
When you contact us, we receive the data you send us:
- the service for which you request an appointment and your preferred day; these may say something about your personal situation, for example in the case of a divorce or a will;
- your name, if you add it;
- the telephone number or e-mail address you write from;
- any other information you include in the message.
You are under no obligation to send us data through the site or WhatsApp. Without contact details we cannot reply; you may also contact us by telephone or at the office.
Why the data are processed
The data are used to reply to your request and to set the appointment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and in organising appointments and, for your name, your consent, if you give it. You may object to the processing and withdraw your consent at any time; in that case we may be unable to reply through this channel. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data in notarial acts are processed to fulfil the notary’s legal obligations.
How long the data are kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed for the appointment, unless the law requires another period. Notarial acts are kept in accordance with the law.
Who may receive the data
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you press the button, the text of the message is passed to WhatsApp to be shown in the app; it reaches us only if you send it. The WhatsApp privacy policy applies.
- Google Maps: if you press “Show the map”, Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies, in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Our e-mail provider, Yahoo: if you write to us by e-mail, the message passes through its service.
- The site’s hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc.: may process technical data needed to display the page, such as your IP address, on the basis of the legitimate interest in displaying and protecting the site.
- The authorities: only when the law requires it.
Some providers may transfer data outside the EU, including to the USA, on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details are in their privacy policies; on request, we will tell you where to find them.
We do not sell your data or use them for advertising. We do not take automated decisions based on them.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to the processing, as provided by law. Erasure does not apply to data we are legally required to keep.
